they say the same thing over and over again . i think its a fraud. it has almost nothing in common with real hip hop . im from new york and this stuff is garbage. with all these lil and yung guys coming out.its really commercial . you listen to a song for like a week and then you forget about it. now i see why people like some 80s hits.
I dirty south really hip hop?myspace tweaks
No they have some sordid idea they are bigger than Hip Hop. Apart from Outkast and Goodie Mob I'm yet to hear anything comparable to the East or West out of the South.
I dirty south really hip hop?top 10 myspace myspace.com
nas explained it perfectly already...the guys from the south are tryin to classify themselves as hip hop [which i dont think they are either] and thats whats killing hip hop....in my opinion, hip hop is on life support because of guys like kanye, jay, and lupe.... the south really ended one of the best music genres ever which started with people like run dmc, grandmaster flash, ll cool j, eric b and rakim, tribe called quest, tupac, etc...
i agree with you a hundred percent man
im from the south and i agree with you
Well no offense to you but I think the east is trash (here come the the thumb downs) The east can't even produce a decent beat in my opinion, And as for people from the South repeating the same thing over and over... STOP LISTENING TO MIKE JONES THEN!!! You gotta actually search around for the good ****, It does exist.
I'm just gonna say this......listen to lil boose "bad azz vol 2" Thats real ****! If you still dont get it, then maybe you gotta be here to grasp it!
Well I'm I love dirty south music and the only rappers I liked from up north is Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Jay-Z. The rest is lame....dull beats. The south is making plenty money, so obviously most people don't think like that.
You Are right. There is no talent skill or quality from southern hip hop artists. NY is where here hip hop came from.
